There are two ways to suspend or close your bf 89 account — self-service and through support.
Temporary Suspension (Cooling-off):

Total return = stake × odds. E.g. ৳100 × 2.50 = ৳250 returned (profit ৳150).
Fractional: 3/2 Fractional (British format)
Profit = stake × (numerator/denominator). On a ৳100 stake: ৳150 profit + ৳100 stake returned = ৳250 total.
American: +150 / -200 American (Money Line)
A + sign shows how much you win on a ৳100 bet. A - sign shows how much you need to bet to win ৳100.
To change the format: Log in → Profile Settings → "Odds Format" → select your preferred format. The change applies instantly across all pages.
On bf 89, entering the wrong password 5 times in a row will temporarily lock your account. This is done purely for your security.
Auto-unlock: Usually, waiting about 30 minutes will let the lock lift automatically. Then try again with the correct password.
